The Turkish alphabet is not displayed correctly. The alphabet consists of 29 characters, about 20 of which are covered by ASCII, and the rest by UTF-8. The non-ASCII characters are skipped over and not displayed at all when displaying newsitems in balloons. These characters require UTF-8 support. It appears that either the program does not support UTF-8, or the font that it uses is missing UTF-8 characters. Please rectify immediately.
