hi:

It's all running fine on my site, except it's cut off at the top and bottom, like a bad letter box movie version.

I'm using mac, os x, but it appears that way on every OS system I've checked out.

Also, can I hire you / your company to make some small 'customized' changes to the Flash source code?

Seems to be only doing this in Firefox. Is this anyone else's problem?

I had the same problem. I solved it by changing the height attribute from "100%" to "500px" in the embed and object tags. Now it displays a-proper.
