Choice of feed tags on homepage
Adding the possibility to choose tags (to get news of a specific topic) on the first page might encourage usage on as a general news site. (drop-down-list-or-whatnot)

Well, I'm not sure if it's just me, but the screensaver does not work, when i say that it shows the map and not the news/blogs... all i see is undefined and NaN time!

@ Amjoe: It could have something to do with your firewall settings. The screensaver must have access to the internet to download the feeds. I've had a similar problem.
