The national musicians to take part in "Sayan Ring" festival are: Russian folk star Inna Zhelannaya, "Masha and Medvedi" group, and Moscow's Safety Magic group, who will present their joint programme. "We expect a lot of stars working in various styles to take part in the festival," Veselina added.
As Newslab reported earlier, "Sayan Ring" festival would take place in the village of Shushenskoe from July 9 to 13. The main events will take place in Shushenskoe from July 11 to 13. The musicians arrive at the camp on July 9. A room at the Bayou La Batre Inn and Suites exploded on Monday afternoon and police said three people ran away from the scene.

Bayou La Batre police spokesman Cpl. Jason Edwards said 35-year-old Carlton Parmer, who is being treated at University of South Alabama Medical Center for burns over more than a third of his body, will be charged in connection with the explosion.

Police were searching for Brandy Lambert Parmer, 30, of Mobile, and Dereck Robinson, 24, of Chunchula, who also ran away from the hotel room, Edwards said.

The three suspects are expected to be charged with first-degree manufacturing a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and first-degree criminal mischief, Edwards said.
